Afterward, I started 16-hour intermittent fasting and Keto diet since last week.

I was surprised not to feel hungry with the right way.
My purpose is not losing weight, but regenerating my cells damaged by insulin or sugar. )
I use food delivery service since I live in a hotel currently.
They deliver meals which are good for one day in the early morning.
We can choose normal vegetarian food or Keto meal.
It costs 500 pesos per day including delivery fee, within Cebu City and Mandaue City.

In my opinion, the amount of the meal is not enough, especially protein. I add goat cheese with this cracker on top of the meal. I bought it in Healthy Options located on the 3rd floor of Ayala.
There are more vegetarian restaurants and cafes in Cebu than in Japan. Some organic vegetables are reasonable.
I have several vegetarian friends who love yoga or healthy lifestyle.
These imported quality food in Cebu cost as same as in Japan. However, we can buy those stuff on iHerb ( American online shop ) reasonably. Still, it seems like the custom tax in the Philippines is quite high. One of my friends canceled their order a few years ago due to the reason.

セブは、日本以上にベジタリアンのレストランやカフェが多く、
オーガニック野菜もお手頃です。
こちらのヨガ友達や健康志向の高い友達にベジタリアンは多いと感じています。
また、これら品質の良い輸入食品については日本と同じぐらいの価格帯です。
日本だとアイハーブで安く安全な食品を手にいれることができますよね。
数年前の情報ですが、
関税が高くてキャンセルしたと友人から聞きました。
来月にでも調べてみるつもりですが、
