Winter Solstice and New Challenges (Dec 22, 2025)

I would like to add some new habits and take on new challenges for the next two weeks.

Having meals

I will take many small bites and rest during each meal, with the goal of spending about one hour on every meal.

Two-week challenges starting tomorrow, which is suggested by my favorite author ‘Hohoko Asami’

Every morning, I will choose:

– one option from A or B, and

– one option from C, D, or E.

A: Feel appreciation as much as possible throughout the day

B: Wipe the floor with a damp rag, starting from the entrance

C: Choose what feels easy and comfortable at all times

D: Digital detox

E: Try something new

Every night, I will write down any small changes I notice.
