The Two-week Challenge

I completed my two-week challenge.

I have been becoming more sensitive and selective.

I also found that trying something new every day has become a natural habit.

Most of these new things do not require any cost, but just a bit of creativity.

For example, yesterday’s new thing was having a late lunch and going home directly.

Today’s was finding an easier way to set my hair, and tomorrow’s will be going to a new hair salon located between Shibuya Station and my office.

By the way, my coach mentioned cleaning your home in her radio program.

She said that cleaning your home means respecting and caring for yourself.

I have always liked cleaning my place since childhood.

It might have been one way of building self-love over time.

The results of this challenge feel meaningful enough to me.

However, I will continue it for a while, simply because I want to.

It is becoming more comfortable and is now part of my everyday life.

That said, I will allow myself to watch English lesson videos and follow some updates that I have enjoyed for a long time.
